Compressed air coolers are the removal of up to 70% of condensate while simultaneously cooling the air to the temperature necessary for abrasive blasting of surfaces. In the dehumidifier, moisture is removed by cooling the compressed air to temperatures close to 0. Cooling occurs in two stages. At the first stage, the compressed air is cooled in the air-to-air heat exchanger by means of a cold air flow coming from the condensate separator. In the second stage, the freon – air heat exchanger lowers the temperature of the compressed air to the set dew point temperature.
